  Totally low-balled me on an offer for my car.. Also said the Kelly blue book cash offer was 2000 less than the cash offer I already got from Kelly blue book. Do your homework before going in to see carmax. I looked up compile vehicles in their system to my car and they sell for 7,000 or more than what they offered. Will not be returning there ever and seams like a very shady business.
